Google rankings depend on factors outside any agency's control. We commit to the agreed scope of work and transparent reporting, not to a specific position.
Billing and renewals
Monthly packages are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. Multi-month terms are billed upfront at the published rate. One-time services are billed before work begins.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely profile access, and any assets or approvals required to complete the work.
Refunds and cancellation
You may cancel a monthly plan before the next renewal date. Fees for work already delivered are non-refundable. Reinstatement and suspension cases are outcome-dependent and non-refundable once filed.
